The United Way of Windham County is seeking to create support for nonprofit organization staff responsible for program grants, particularly those who are not development professionals. We have created a pilot mentoring program to match experienced grant writers with organizations to provide up to 10 hours of grant mentorship (not grant writing) through June 15, 2012. We are partnering with members of the Brattleboro Area Development Group to provide the mentoring services. Mentoring matches will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis and the total number of hours of mentoring provided (up to 10) will be determined by the mentor and mentee. Please contact Sue Graff, UWWC Director of Community Investments, at 257.4011 x113 or sue@unitedwaywindham.org if you are interested in program grant mentoring services.
