THIS PAST YEAR, OUR VOLUNTEERS HAVE...
 
SERVED as UWWC Board & Executive Committee members, Community Impact & HOPE team members, Kids in Coats committee members, at our events, in the United Way office, through our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, on Day Of Caring and on Dental Day.
FOR 9,436 HOURS of volunteer time spent on United Way of Windham County projects and programs. 
BRINGING $222,312.16 into this community.

Day of Caring Volunteers
 
Our Day of Caring volunteers show up in the morning and give 100% to project at organizations across Windham County, because you care about the resources available in our community. Thank you!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Dental Day Volunteers 
 
 
Our Dental Care Day volunteers show up to either offer dental expertise for free or to schedule and provide support to our clientele, because you want everyone in your community to be able to smile brightly. Thank you!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Volunteers 
 
Our VITA program volunteers schedule free tax preparation appointments, make sure the site is running smoothly, take the IRS advanced certification tests and file clients tax returns, because you want your community and your fellow community members to thrive. Thank you!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
HOPE Team 
 
 
Our HOPE Team volunteers attend meetings, visit funded sites and spend hours reviewing and discussing grant requests from organizations all over the county, because you’re dedicated to making an effective investment in your community.
