However when I found Windham County Dental Center, the respect my anxiety was given eventually melted my fear away and I could begin proper treatment of dental care.
The staff is amazing. All employees are so personable and friendly. I don't think I've ever smiled so much at a healthcare appointment as I do when I'm at Windham County Dental Center. The ease of scheduling an appointment, and even the response time for situational dental emergencies or simple concerns, is the best I've ever experienced. The hygienist brightens my day whenever I visit and she's advocated for my care when I wasn't able to for myself. The current dentist is so calm and professional, and with a gentle touch. I feel safe in his care. He puts my fear of any treatment to rest and talks through the experience one is going to receive.
Windham County Dental Center has such an empathic crew of professionals! I happily recommend Windham County Dental Center to all local patients, but especially to patients who have either financial difficulties or "dentist phobias". WCDC accepts Vermont Medicaid and D-CAP. Low income patients are welcome! They have literally changed my life. It's not hyperbole. I not only smile more, my whole emotional climate has changed due to the dental care I've received there. Five stars! Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a dentist."
